The intoxicatingly sublime air of Annuncination is where myth, heaven, earth, race, gender and religion collide into phantasmagorical scenes that indicate freedom and desire. Both works are defying simplification and explication; dividing and uniting: land and space, man and nature, black and white; whilst the picture shows a figure in tribal garb sneers, a serene corner where a young man broods, lightning striking, the ocean roils, a clod of petals burns in the center of the canvas, the song sprung the same figments, chanting about 'Reaching up but not quite touching the promised land.'
Both instil the feeling of being driven by the same ideologies and staggering dreams.

I don't have a proper idea of how my current ambitions will match the person I'm striving to become, but, as the glimmer of light that shines from the woman's hand, I keep my hope towards what I intend to catch. In this sense, I went for an instrumental because there isn't more to add than the transition from the harmonic intro to the echoing guitar rhythms that resemble my shifting from calm to hectic, from plain to erratic. The fact that both the rhythms and the emotions recalled mix towards the end of the song proves me that, similarly with the dance of the lady and the vulture, my fate is a wonderful dance of both light and darkness, of both sunshine and storm, and I fully acknowledge this towards achieving my purpose.
